How can I get samples and start a partnership?

Tell us the product direction you’re interested in, and we will send you relevant samples or produce a custom sample for your evaluation. From sample approval to mass production, a dedicated project manager will guide you through every step.
 

What are your factory scale and production environment like?

Our facility covers over 100 mu (approx. 6.7 hectares), including 50 mu of purified, GMP-grade workshop area, with a total building area exceeding 24,000 m². The entire production environment is temperature- and humidity-controlled clean rooms, equipped with automated filling, capping, and sterilizing lines, ensuring precise, efficient, and consistent batch delivery.

Do you support export? What documentation can you supply?

We have extensive experience in global markets. We can assist with FDA, EU, and other regulatory compliance, and supply full documentation: product specification sheets, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, Free Sale Certificate, and more. We also offer protective, export-ready packaging to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.

Can you help with formula creation and package design?

Yes. Our R&D team (13% of our total staff hold bachelor’s, master’s or higher degrees) can develop trending functional formulations — such as immune support, sleep aid, beauty, and energy — and fine-tune flavor and mouthfeel. We also provide complete branding and packaging design services, including labels, cartons, gift boxes, and inserts, giving your product a premium, cohesive look.

What quality certifications and testing procedures do you have?

Quality is our bedrock. We are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and recognized by the National Food Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. We operate an in-house advanced lab to test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. In addition, our fully automated visual inspection system ensures every single unit leaving our facility is 100% safe and consistent.

Do you offer both OEM (with customer formula) and ODM (turnkey) services?

Absolutely. You can provide your own formula and raw materials, and we take care of precise manufacturing.
